Job Description:
- The Global OEM Marketing team is responsible for defining the strategy, priorities and marketing programs that support co-marketing efforts with OEM partners. The team works with stakeholders internally and externally, aligning to business priorities and building co-marketing strategy, elevating awareness, consideration, and demand of Consumer PCs powered by COMPANY'S. This role will be responsible for supporting Dell led marketing plans, sales enablement, pre-launch, launch and post launch readiness and key partner marketing deliverables with Dell.

- The candidate will need to be prepared to jump in, take the lead and learn quickly, build relationship with Client Alliance, Operations and Marketing teams and seek to understand the COMPANY'S business, technology, and processes. Key responsibilities:
• Manage the day to day engagement with Dell Alliance and Dell cross functional teams on marketing plans, operations and activations
• Define, develop and maintain processes for reviewing marketing plans alongside OEM leads for Commercial and Consumer, tracking the plans in alignment to segment priorities, funding guidelines and compliance
• Setup, negotiation and implementation of program operation processes in alignment with Dell's Operation Process Work with internal teams across OEM Marketing, Legal, Finance, Marketing Ops, Sales to drive over-all marketing partner efficiency
• Budget tracking and Management: Manage and track OEM budgets, ensuring funding guidelines stipulated under the contract and terms are executed accordingly; create, update and track OEM funding tracker supporting the COMPANY'S OEM leads
• Put together all Dell led sales enablement and marketing assets for both Commercial and Consumer for internal Company's roll out and amplification
• Timeline Management: Define, create and maintain project timelines ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule
• Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders and management, addressing their concerns, and managing expectations
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address issues as they arise
• Create strong links and relationships between across COMPANY'S cross functional teams
Preferred experience:
• Self-motivated and prepared to jump in and lead
• Polished executive communication; ability to communicate optimally with all levels of the organization and dedication to meet customer satisfaction and COMPANY'S business objectives
• A proven track record of keeping projects on schedule
• Strong background in business planning, project management and marketing fundamentals (Budget and contract management experience)
• A strong and in depth understanding of OEM marketing and sales structure and their ways of operations

Academic credentials:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing preferred
