In an oculoplastic surgeon career with Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN), you will:

  • Work with a team of ophthalmologists, optometrists and certified ophthalmic assistants.
  • Partner with otolaryngology surgeons.
  • Be at the forefront of leading edge technologies, delivering high quality care to patients.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with expert clinicians and with other highly trained professionals, all possessing unique areas of expertise.

  • Provide patients with eyelid, oculofacial, nasolacrimal, reconstructive, orbital and esthetic surgeries.

Some of our compensation and benefits highlights include:

Exceptional earning potential:

  • Salary between $600,000 and $700,000 plus a value based incentive opportunity
  • No compensation at risk based on wRVU productivity
  • Up to $30,000 forgivable recruitment loan
  • Additional compensation support available for those who sign while in post graduate training, equivalent to $2,500 per month while in training

Qualifications
  • A network champion for ophthalmology and a passion for the clinical work
  • Must be board eligible or board certified with American Board of Ophthalmology
  • A valid Pennsylvania Medical License or ability to obtain one is required
  • Reasonable call expectation
  • Fellowship trained in oculoplastics
