We are seeking a motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in Socorro, NM. in an IP/OP hospital setting, with possible home health. This full-time opportunity is ideal for new graduates and experienced professionals looking to make a difference in their community. Key Responsibilities:
Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Occupational Therapist (OT).
Accurately document patient progress and treatments.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff.
Contribute to the general operation and success of the department.
Assist in the development and execution of innovative programs to enhance patient care.

Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Possess or be eligible for state licensure as an OTA.
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.
