Summary of Position: Provide evaluation, treatment, and support for motor and sensory feeding disorders to clients. Offer guidance to staff across regions for effective service delivery.
Principal Duties:
Conduct developmental screenings, evaluations, and therapy sessions. Complete session notes and communicate with parents weekly. Report caseload status to the Director of Operations. Support session coverage across regions as needed. Management Duties:
Present bi-monthly reports on occupational therapist skills. Approve expense reports and coordinate material budgets. Promote services and ensure compliance with evidence-based practices. Qualifications:
Master s degree in occupational therapy and state license. 2 years of experience as an OTR. Working Conditions:
Travel required; ability to lift 50 pounds and manage challenging clients. Job Type: Full-time, $82,000 - $90,000/year with benefits.
