We are looking for a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services in a Day Care setting. The role involves:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' abilities. Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. Utilizing therapeutic techniques to enhance functional abilities. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care. Documenting patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed. Qualifications include a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, current state licensure, and preferred experience in geriatrics or skilled nursing. Strong communication skills and a commitment to compassionate care are essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time. Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour. Schedule: After school, Day shift, Monday to Friday. Work Location: In person.
