Position Details
Schedule: Monday Friday, full-time hours
Caseload: K-12 (primarily middle and high school students)
Duties: Direct therapy, assessments, IEP development, and collaboration with school teams
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: End of School Year (EOSY)
Key Responsibilities
Perform evaluations and assessments to determine student therapy needs
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Provide direct occupational therapy services in both individual and group settings
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to integrate therapy into the classroom
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
Travel between assigned school locations as needed
Qualifications
Active Massachusetts OT license (required)
Experience working in school-based settings preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to adjust therapy plans based on individual student needs
