Our Staffing Agency, which focuses on the Health Care industry, such as Home Care Agencies, and more, requires Licensed Occupational Therapists for home health settings. We're looking for a compassionate, forward-thinking Occupational Therapist who excels at assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses and devising creative but effective treatment plans. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Devise detailed treatment and care plans for each of the patients.
Communicate and coordinate with patients' physicians to ensure consistent care.
Visit patients in their homes and at other facilities on a limited basis.
Evaluate and report on patients' progress.
Communicate with office staff.
Complete all dictation within a timely manner.
