Seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for home health in Suffolk County, Long Island.

Provide personalized, evidence-based treatments to improve patient mobility, relieve pain, and restore function.

Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.

Coordinate with a supportive clinical team and communicate effectively with patients and caregivers.

Flexible part-time, per diem schedule with day/evening shifts, Monday to Friday, no weekends.

Requires NYS OT license; 1+ year experience preferred.

Hourly pay ranges from $65 to $75, with bonuses and benefits including referral and recognition programs.

Work involves on-the-road visits to a variety of healthcare settings including geriatrics, neurology, pediatrics, and more.
