What We Offer:

About the Position:
- Outpatient Rehab Setting: Primarily orthopedic focus (85%), with a smaller portion of neuro cases (15%).
- Ideal for Certified Hand Therapists but open to OTs with a strong interest in hand therapy.
- Collaborative Team: Work alongside a team of highly skilled physical therapists in a supportive environment.
- Located on a state-of-the-art outpatient medical campus.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a relevant role.
- Current California Occupational Therapy License.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification.
- Ability to develop and deliver patient treatment plans that align with their practical and realistic goals.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent judgment skills.
- Proficiency in professional practice standards, regulatory requirements, and patient communication.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities effectively.
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate as a team, resolve conflicts, and provide excellent customer service.
