Essential Functions:
Document accurately in medical records and field charts. Respond appropriately in code situations. Apply professional skills in patient care and follow treatment plans. Coordinate patient care with relevant services. Conduct comprehensive evaluations and implement therapy plans. Operate treatment devices and educate families and providers. Perform complete assessments and teach patients based on needs. Assist in selecting adaptive equipment. Utilize Microsoft Office and department software effectively. Communicate cooperatively and contribute to quality improvement. Complete mandatory learning and maintain required certifications. Participate in department meetings. Education:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy school. License/Certification:
Licensed or eligible for licensure in Washington within 6 months. Current AHA Healthcare provider BLS required. Experience:

Pay: $39.86 - $59.79 per hour
