What You'll Do
Evaluate and treat patients with compassion and expertise.
Develop personalized therapy plans to improve patients' quality of life.
Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and staff to provide holistic care.
Plan and implement new therapy programs to enhance services.
Present in-services to fellow therapists and team members.
Supervise COTAs in accordance with state regulations (as needed).

What You'll Need
Occupational Therapy Degree - Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate (OTD) from an accredited program.
State Licensure - Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Minnesota.
Passion for Patient Care - A strong desire to make a positive impact in a community setting.
