Occupational Therapist - Tampa - Lakeland

•  This Occupational Therapist will evaluate and manage therapy patients, develop treatment plans, deliver treatments, and coordinate care with the therapy team.

•  The role focuses on hand and upper extremity rehabilitation, requiring strong splinting skills, critical thinking, and flexibility.

•  Qualifications include a recognized OT degree, NBCOT certification, state licensure, and at least three years of outpatient hand therapy experience.

•  Desirable certifications include becoming a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) or working towards it.

•  Ideal candidates are passionate about patient outcomes, collaborative, eager to learn, and able to work across multiple locations.

•  Experience with WebPT and a commitment to diversity are a plus.
