Occupational Therapist

•  Seeking full time, part time, or PRN Occupational Therapists to provide rehabilitative therapy for patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders.
•  Responsibilities include patient screening/evaluation, developing care plans, administering therapeutic interventions, tracking progress, and documenting services per regulatory/clinical standards.
•  Role involves collaboration with healthcare teams, consultation with patients/families, supervision of assistants or aides, participation in meetings/trainings, and adherence to ethical and legal standards.
