We are currently seeking a self-motivated licensed Occupational Therapist that is excited to work in a multidisciplinary, pediatric clinic with a team of SLPs, PTs and Mental Health providers. All under one roof, therapists will be able to collaborate using a whole child approach for treating children. This is a unique setting where families can access support in all areas including mental health services which is often a needed, yet, lacking part of a developmental therapy clinic. Part-time, full position and 1099 contractor position option. This position currently has a SIGNING BONUS OF $500.

Job Description:
- Provide superb clinical care to individuals and families.
- Responsible for seeing a minimum of 25 clients per week within the clinic.
- Opportunity to see more clients either within the clinic or out in the field with Early Intervention partners.
- Responsible for completing assessments, evaluation reports, therapy notes and discharge reports.
- Work alongside other disciplines in house
- Provide goal setting and monitoring of achieved clinical outcomes with clients.
- Participate with LightHouse WholeHealth clinical team for ongoing support.
- A minimum of 25 billed hours per week for 1099 Contractors
- Completes evaluations, re-evaluations as indicated
- Documents daily/weekly therapy for each patient
- Maintains a good working relationship with co-workers
- Performs other duties as assigned or required
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
- Diploma from Accredited OT Program, Colorado DORA Licensure and NBCOT Certification
- 1099 Contractors must provide proof of professional liability insurance.
- Embody a playful spirit and be able to connect and engage with young children.
- Knowledge and understanding of American Occupational Therapy Association standards of practice.
- Timely completion of evaluation reports, treatment plans, therapy notes and discharge reports.
- Strong collaboration skills with therapists to promote multidisciplinary model of treatment.
- Strong parent relationships and willingness to coach parents on all aspects of treatment being provided.
- Sensorimotor development in young children and knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of sensorimotor challenges.
- Overall motor development
- Autistic children/children suspected to be on the autism spectrum and knowledge of best practices for intervention and assessment of young children with autism.
- Oral motor feeding needs
- Interest in supporting Assistive Technology needs.
- Incorporation of executive functioning skills.

Pay: $35.00 - $75.00 per hour
