Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide physician-prescribed home-based therapy across multiple New York locations, including Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island, Nassau County, and Westchester County.
•  Offer $85-$100 per visit with flexible scheduling, Monday to Friday, plus weekends as needed.
•  Requires at least 2 years of experience and a valid NY Occupational Therapy license.
•  Responsibilities include developing and revising care plans, communicating with physicians and healthcare teams, and supporting patient recovery goals.
•  Preferred Master s degree and 1+ year experience.
