Occupational Therapist

Advanced Home Health and Hospice of Lehigh Valley is looking for a friendly therapist, who is positive and focused on excellent care.
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' physical and mental abilities to determine their occupational therapy needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' goals and needs
- Provide therapy sessions to patients, focusing on improving their motor skills, coordination, and daily living activities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and nurses, to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies for continued improvement
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and timely
