Job Title: Occupational Therapist (PT) - Contract

Location: Berkeley, CA
Pay: $3000 - $3250 per week ($75/hr-$82/hr)
Shift: Days
Contract Duration: 13 weeks

What You'll Do
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and quality of life
Track patient progress and adapt therapy plans as needed
Provide patient and caregiver education for continued success at home
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for optimal patient outcomes

Requirements
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
Active California OT License (Required)
Minimum 2 years of experience
Prior travel or contract experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills

Certifications
BLS certification
CLT certification
