Summary: Plans and conducts occupational therapy programs to help patients regain physical or mental functioning through various activities. Teaches skills for participation and evaluates patient progress.
Responsibilities:
Utilize and supervise volunteers and support staff in therapy services. Interpret physician orders and ensure safe care while maintaining confidentiality. Perform diverse duties as requested. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy school. Knowledge of AOTA Code of Ethics. Excellent communication skills. Experience: New graduates accepted; experience preferred.
Licenses: Current Texas license and CPR certification required.
