Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital in Portage, WI is seeking an OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST HOURLY to join our THERAPY team. The Occupational Therapist will work primarily with Outpatient adult and geriatric patients, and cover Inpatient on an occasional basis.

The Occupational Therapist provides occupational therapy to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
Evaluates, treats, and plans patient care in accordance with Occupational Therapy standards, considering the needs of the patient as it pertains to the age and diagnosis of the patient.

HOURS: .6 FTE/48 hours every two weeks working flexible schedule, Monday-Friday, day shift hours.

Experience/Qualifications

Knowledge of occupational therapy standards and practices normally acquired through a minimum of a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy.
Current Wisconsin and/or Michigan Occupational Therapy license required.
Current CPR certification or obtained within 90 days of hire
