Seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist for an LTACH in Muncie, IN.

•  Flexible schedule with 1:1 treatments and an experienced team.

•  Evaluate and treat patients based on physician orders, focusing on self-care, independence, safety, and quality of life.

•  Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans; document progress regularly.

•  Supervise and instruct assistants; educate patients and families on therapeutic procedures.

•  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, attend meetings, and support community outreach.
