Location: Sewell, NJ (Must be with-in driving distance) - Work Dates Needed: As soon as credentialed and PRN 2-4 shifts per month and may increase once provider has started
- Preferred Schedule: 6-8 shifts per month, each shift being between 5-8 hours. the office is open from 8am to 5pm.
- Worksite Setting: Occupational Health
- Scope of Work: Occupational Medicine Physical exams. There is no worker's compensation treatment. It would be pre-placement physical exams, respiratory physical exams, hazmat physicals, NFPA physicals (Fire Fighter) and DOT physical exams. They average 4-5 physicals per hour
Requirements: NJ license, BLS, DOT Certification
