- Salary range: $200,000 - $300,000 per year
- Compensation is based on education, qualifications, and experience and may change based on internal and external factors
Position Details- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, manage work restrictions, and support safe return-to-work plans
- Conduct and interpret OSHA, DOT, fitness-for-duty, and return-to-work exams
- Order labs, imaging, and referrals; prescribe medications as necessary
- Perform minor procedures such as wound care and foreign body removal
- Communicate treatment plans, test results, and follow-up instructions to patients, employers, and clinical staff
- Ensure a smooth patient flow by coordinating with clinical staff and minimizing wait times
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in patient records and EMR
- Provide support and supervision to clinical staff, including Physician Assistants, as needed
- Respond effectively to emergencies and perform stabilization when required
- Uphold HIPAA compliance, infection control, and safety protocols
