- Setting : Free Standing Clinic
- Dates of coverage needed: 1/17 - 2/2 with possible ongoing extension
- Schedule : Monday Friday; 8a - 5p
- Scope of Practice: Urgent Care, work related injuries, pre-employment physicals
- Experience : 2+ years of UC and Occ Med experience
- License and certification: Board Certified, CA State License, DEA, BLS, DOT Certification preferred
