Occupational Medicine Physician Assistant

Are you a Physician Assistant with a passion for Occupational Medicine? We are seeking a dedicated Locum PA to support two well-established Occupational Health clinics in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia (Newport News & Chesapeake).

This is an ongoing need with excellent weekday hours, no weekends, and travel reimbursement included.

• Position: Locum Physician Assistant (PA) Occupational Medicine

• Location: Newport News & Chesapeake, VA (rotation between both clinics required)

• Practice Setting: Occupational Health

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM Close ( 4:30 PM)

• Start Date: As soon as credentialed

• Duration: Ongoing

• Patients per Day: 8 10

• Conduct Pre-Employment Physicals

• Perform DOT Physicals (Active DOT Cert Required)

• Return-to-Duty Testing

• Workers Compensation Injury Care

• Board Certified PA Required

• Active VA License Required

• BLS & ACLS Required

• DOT Certification Required

• Willingness to rotate between Newport News & Chesapeake clinics Required

• Immunizations Required at Name Clear:

  • Influenza (Current Season)

  • COVID

  • TB / QuantFERON

  • MMR
