- Sep 2-5, 8-12, 15-19 & 22-26
- Sep 29 - Oct 3

• Shift Schedule: M-F; 8a-5p

• Patient Demographics: Adult

• Admissions: 12-14

• Support Staff: MA

• Duties:
- See injured workers & manage their care and referrals.

• EMR: Epic

• Other Details:
- Most patients are scheduled, walk ins are possible. Similar to an urgent care environment, most patients are muscular skeletal injuries, lacerations, etc.

• Temporary Privileges available: Yes

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active CO License

• BC (NCCPA or AANC/AANP)

• DOT Certificate or willing to obtain

• Must be Level 1 certified through CO Dept of Labor & Development

• BLS

• Clean Record
