Bon Secours Occupational Health is seeking a skilled and dedicated Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) to provide locum coverage.
Provider will rotate coverage between Chesapeake and Denbigh
Dates of Coverage: As soon as credentialed; ongoing needs to support two full-time providers. Dates will vary.
Reason for Coverage: Cover our two Hampton Roads clinics when providers need time off or while one of our positions is vacant.
Practice Setting: Occupational Health
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00-close (close at 4:30pm but can be delayed by walk in injuries)
Average Number of Patients per Day: 8-10
Documentation System/EMR: Systoc
Number of Exam Rooms: 5
Number of Physicians in Practice: 1
Description of Support Staff: RNs, RTs, MAs, LPN, RN Supervisor, Office Manager, PSRs
Required Duties: Pre-Employment Physicals, Return-to Duty Testing, DOT Physicals, workers compensation injury care Submission Requirements
• Board Certified
• Active VA
• BLS/ACLS Certified
• DOT Certification
• MUST BE WILLING TO COVER LOCATIONS AS LISTED IN JOB
• Immunization - Influenza - Current Flu Season; COVID; TB / QuantFERON TB Gold; MMR
