Occupational Medicine Opening in El Paso, TX

Full-time
Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)
No call, nights, or weekends

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive medical assessments of center patients
Establish and monitor medically appropriate levels of care
Maintain clinical core competencies
Ensure compliance with all licensing, certification, and accrediting standards
Engage with employers to understand workplace health and safety needs
Conduct workplace walk-throughs and on-site assessments
Communicate with client representatives following employee injuries and duty status changes
Provide guidance and support to other medical staff in the absence of the Center Medical Director
Deliver a warm, compassionate, and patient-first experience regardless of volume
Manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Current, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice
DEA license valid in the state of jurisdiction
Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution
