Occup Therapist

This Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats patients of all ages with upper extremity, balance, coordination, perception, endurance, or ADL challenges due to trauma, surgery, or illness.

•  Develops and implements individualized treatment plans based on assessments.

•  Documents interventions accurately and educates patients and families.

•  Evaluates functional abilities and participates in multidisciplinary meetings.

•  Supervises COTAs and students as needed.

•  Requires a Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy, licensure, CPR certification, and proficiency in clinical skills, communication, and patient-centered care.

•  Adheres to safety, confidentiality, and ethical standards, demonstrating flexibility, professionalism, and a patient-first approach.
