Obstetrics Physician

Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible OB Hospitalist (MD/DO) for a permanent opportunity in Salinas, California. This is an excellent role for physicians seeking a team-based environment and a predictable schedule with no outpatient responsibilities.

Position: Permanent MD/DO OB Hospitalist
Location: Salinas, California

Key Responsibilities:
Provide 24/7 in-house obstetric coverage in a hospital setting.
Manage labor & delivery, OB triage, emergency deliveries, and postpartum care.
Perform emergency gynecologic procedures when needed.
Support and collaborate with OB/GYNs, midwives, nurses, and residents (if applicable).
Ensure rapid response to obstetric emergencies and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
California medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
Previous hospitalist experience preferred but not required.
NRP and ACLS certifications required.
