The site is seeking providers for clinic coverage.

Schedule:

• 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch

Requirements:

• Providers must have a clean malpractice history to obtain temporary privileges.
• Hospital privileging requires 100 deliveries and 50 gynecologic cases within the past 24 months.

Board Certification:

• Physicians must be board certified.
• Minimum Board Certification Eligible: Yes
• Allow Bids from Providers with IMLC: No

Credentialing:

• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 5 Days
• Fellowship: 2

• BLS: Yes
