Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician for locum tenens coverage in Indiana (IN). Seeking Locum OB/GYN 24-hour call coverage to begin in June or as soon as credentialed, with ongoing coverage, the role offers a competitive market rate and benefits.
The Obstetrics and Gynecology role:
Scheduled Dates Needed:
- June 6th -June 9th (7a -7 a)
- June 13th - June 16th (7a -7 a)
- July 24th -July 28th (7a -7 a)
- August 1st - August 4th (7a -7 a)
- August 22nd - August 24th (7a -7 a)
- August 29th - September 1st (7a -7 a)
Annual Deliveries: Approximately 500 deliveries per year.
Skills Required:
- Management of low and high risk pregnancies
- Fetal heart rate interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)
- Routine and complicated deliveries (including c-sections, breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBACs)
- Repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
- Office/minor gynecology procedures (IUD insertion, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP)
- Surgical gynecology
- Robotics trained or experienced is a plus. Facility has a daVinci Xi Robot
EMR: EPIC
Requirements
IN license, active and unrestricted
BC- Obstetrics and Gynecology or Truly BE
IN CSR
