- Dates: 7/4-7/7, 7/11-7/14 OR 7/18-7/21, 8/22-8/25, 8/29-9/2 (to include Labor Day), 9/26-9/29, 10/10-10/13
- Schedule: Friday - Monday
- Solo Call Coverage. Average 3-4 Calls in 24hr period.
- Provider needs to be comfortable with: C-sections, VBACs and D&Cs.
- Average 17-24 deliveries/month
- Inpatient only
- EMR:Healthland Centriq
- Certifications: BC/BE OBGYN, OR license, DEA
- Credentialing: 1-2 weeks
