Length/Need: Until December or more

Travel & Lodging will be covered or reimbursed
Medical Malpractice will be covered

Schedule & other details:
  • Call only, Call ratio 1:3, Call back 50 %, Call type Beeper
  • 24 hr. in-house call
  • Practice Setting- Inpatient
  • Patients per shift 1-2, Beds in dept 10
  • Trauma level 1
  • 240 deliveries per year
Procedures & skills required:
  • Low risk pregnancy, High risk pregnancy
  • FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE
  • OB Ultrasounds - Performance of, interpretation
  • Level I/Screening (viability)
  • Level II/Targeted (anatomic)
  • Routine delivery, Vagina
  • Decision-making for c-section
  • Complicated delivery, C-section, Breech, Multiple births, Abruptions, VBAC's
  • Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
  • Surgical gynecology - Open
  • Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only - tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation
  • Operative/major (includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's
Requirements:
  • Board Certified
  • Active OR license or IMLC
  • BLS
  • Clean Malpractice
