Position Highlights:
- Strong support staff, including two midwives and manageable patient volumes
- 4-day workweek: Three days in clinic, one block OR day
- Robotics onsite
- 1:5 call schedule with a post-call day off
- H1/J1 Visa Sponsorship available.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $440K base salary (including annual retention bonus)
- $200K sign-on bonus in the form of a community needs loan
