•  Position one:
•  Team: 3 Physicians, 6 Advanced Practice Providers, and 4 CNMs
•  Call Group: 1:3 Call- Midwives Cover First Call
•  EMR: eClinicalWorks
•  In Office Services: Mammograms, Dexa Scan, MedSpa: Botox, Laser, Fillers, Weight Loss, Pellets
•  Hospital: Level II NICU, 20 L&D Rooms, In House Anesthesia
•  Position two:
•  Team: 10 Physician and 12 Advanced Practice Providers
•  1:7 call
•  In Office Services: Mammograms, Dexa, In Office Anesthesia, D&C, LEEP, I&D, Lesion Removal
•  Hospital: Level II NICU, In House Anesthesia, MFM onsite, First Assist available
•  Position three/four:
•  Team: 5 Physicians, and 1 Advanced Practice Provider
•  1:6 call
•  In Office Services: Infusion, LEEP, I&D, Lesion Removal, Marsupialization
•  Hospital: Level IV NICU, 13 L&D Rooms, In House Anesthesia, MFM onsite, First Assist available
•  Position five:
•  Team: 3 Ob/Gyns, 1 CNM
•  1:4 call
•  In Office Services: Pellets, Labs, Pelvic FI, In Office Anesthesia, D&C, LEEP, I&D, Lesion Removal
•  Hospital: Level II NICU, 24 L&D Rooms, In House Anesthesia, First Assist available
•   Qualifications:
•  MD/DO
•  Current valid license or ability to obtain a medical license to practice medicine in the State of Florida
•  Current DEA certificate or ability to obtain
•  Board eligibility in OB/GYN (ABOG, AOBOG) is required
•  Current BLS required
