Job Summary:
Medical City Alliance is seeking a collaborative and experienced Obgyn to serve as the Site Director of OB Hospitalists. This is an exceptional leadership opportunity for a physician who values clinical excellence, team development, and compassionate care in a hospital-based setting.
Qualified Candidates: - The Site Director plays a key dual role leading a dedicated OB Hospitalist team while helping ensure the program meets both clinical and operational goals
- Site Director collaborates with the Regional Medical Director
- Collaborates closely with hospital leadership and medical teams to support exceptional outcomes for patients and providers
- Builds strong relationships with nurses, physicians, and administration
- Collaborates with Hospital and Division Leadership to support program financial performance
Qualified Candidates: - Board certification required
- Texas medical license or ability to obtain
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead through influence and communication
- At least two years of clinical experience preferred, with leadership experience a plus
