Coverage Needed:

• August 1, 2025 - ongoing
• Coverage Type: Call Only

Clinical Details:

• Practice Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient
• EMR System: MEDHOST, HMS, EDIS
• Support Staff: 2 RNs, 2 MAs, 3 Office Staff
• Call Type: Beeper with 30 minutes response time required
  • Phone Consults & Patients Seen: 1-2
• Average Number of Deliveries per Year: 390
• High risk/Trauma patients will be transferred to a Trauma hospital
• Admissions Required
• Beds in Department: 8
• Rounding Patients: Assigned and Unassigned

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Eligible
• License Requirement: Licensed in AZ or IMLC
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
