- Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations
- Surgical Gynecology, Laparoscopic Diagnostic/Minor Only, Operative/Major (Includes Diagnostic) Ectopic Pregnancy, Ovary Removal, Cystectomy, Extensive LOA s
