Overview
CHI Health Clinic is actively seeking a full-time OB/GYN to join our established practice in Council Bluffs , Iowa . Based at the Valley View Clinic and CHI Health Mercy Council Bluffs Hospital , this is an exciting opportunity to join an established, robust practice. Details of the position:
•   Busy practice with existing patient panel available
•  Growing team of 2 physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers
•  Call 1:6+
•  Average of 21-24 patient visits per day, per provider
•  Average of 10 Deliveries per month, per provider
•  In-office Ultrasound, NST, and Colposcopy available
•  LEEP is available inpatient only
•  Provide full spectrum obstetrics and gynecology care for women of all ages
•  EPIC
•  Integrated clinic model partnering closely with primary care, diabetic education, psych, physical therapy, and pharmacy
•  Works closely with women s subspecialties Maternal Fetal Medicine and Urogynecology
•  Available opportunities for outreach in Southwest Iowa
•  Involvement in medical student, resident, and fellow education
•  Opportunity for Academic Appointment with Creighton University Requirements of the position:
•   Must be BE/BC in Obstetrics and Gynecology
•  Ability to obtain an Iowa and Nebraska License
•  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

•   Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.
•   Diagnostic Procedures:
•   Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging.
•   Perform procedures as needed
•   Collaborate with specialists for further diagnostic evaluation.
