Tufts Medical Center is currently seeking an OB/GYN physician to join our team in Boston, MA. This Full time position will be split between the Hospitalist service and outpatient clinics.

Our clinical obstetric and gynecologic team includes dedicated physicians and advanced practice practitioners, subspecialist support, and nurses. We are a tertiary care center in the heart of Boston. We support top-notch GME programs, including an OB/GYN Residency Program with 6 residents a year (24 total) and Fellowships in Maternal Fetal Medicine and Gyn-Oncology, as well as rotating students from Tufts School of Medicine and the Tufts Physician Assistant Program. This is a highly collegial and dynamic group of providers, with a focus on delivering the highest quality of care. We are part of a three-hospital system with nearly 5000 deliveries annually. Our system provides a tertiary care Labor and Delivery service as well as pregnancy care in the community. Tufts Medical Center perinatal services include a Level III NICU, lactation services, labor pain management and maternal fetal medicine services, as well as 24-7 in-house Anesthesia, Pediatric and ICU support. Gynecologic subspecialists include Gyn-Oncology, Urogynecology, Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery, Family Planning, and Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology.
How you'll transform patient care:
Provide OB/GYN Hospitalist coverage supervising residents delivering care on Labor and Delivery, OB ED, GYN inpatient, on call and emergent GYN surgery, and OBGYN ED consults. 1500(+) Deliveries per year at Tufts Medical Center.
Provide routine OB/GYN outpatient care in one of our Hospital and/or satellite clinics.
Flexible scheduling working 40 hours per week on average.

Who you are:
Board certified or board eligible in OB/GYN
Current medical license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or the ability to obtain
A team player who is excited to work cooperatively with a wide range of stakeholders and disciplines to champion world class patient satisfaction and support
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a history of activity and commitment to the academic mission including teaching and leadership in resident and medical student education. An academic appointment will be made at the Assistant Professor with the possibility of academic pormotion. Candidates must meet the criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.
