ObGyn physician employment in Maryland : As a Physician (Obstetrics) you will: - Provide full range of examination, diagnosis and treatment of obstetric and gynecologic patients. - Responsible for inpatient care of surgical, obstetric and gynecological patients admitted to hospital. - Provide antepartum, intrapartum care and delivery care including vaginal and surgical obstetric deliveries and post-partum management. - Evaluate laboratory/clinical findings and provides treatment and follow up for patients. - Provide gynecologic surgical care and comprehensive contraceptive care. - Serve as a consultant for obstetric and gynecology patients to other medical providers within the hospital. - Perform Well Woman examinations and common office procedures. - Utilize electronic medical records to annotate patient encounters and complete documentation in a timely manner. - Provide education and/or teaching interns, residents, medical students and other hospital staff members. - Maintain active licensures, certifications and credentialing. Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
