Up to $7,500 Sign-on Bonus Based on Eligibility Surgical Tech Labor and Delivery Part Time Nights Position Summary Assists surgeon during operative and invasive procedures. Ensures operating suite is adequately prepared for the procedures. Ensures all instruments are cleaned and sterilized and functioning properly. Assists anesthesiologist when blocks are required for surgery. Participates in department staff meetings and performance improvement activities. THE SURGICAL TECH LABOR AND DELIVERY PART TIME NIGHTS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. Minimum Experience: 1 to 2 years of job-related experience is preferred. Certification for any new hire is required within 180 days of hire. BLS required."
