OB/GYN Physician (MD/DO) - Part Time to Full Time

ParkTree Community Health Center provides comprehensive and integrative medical, dental, and behavioral
health services to the local community in the Pomona and Ontario areas.

We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and professional OB/GYN Physician to join our team on a Part-
Time basis.

Salary Range:

$117.69 to $148.09 per hour ($244,800 to $308,040 annualized for full-time/40 hours)

Responsibilities include:

Providing comprehensive, high quality and cost-effective prenatal, postpartum and women's health
services to a diverse patient population for adult and pediatric patients.

Conducting preventive care screenings, consultations, and management of women's health and
obstetric concerns including: history taking, physical examination, review of systems, developing careful
and appropriate assessments and plans, prescribing medication, therapies and treatments, performing
procedures, ordering labs, imaging and other diagnostic testing, and care coordination with hospitals
and specialists.

Providing health education and advocacy for preventive measures and resources to patients to promote
health and wellness.

Collaborating with the entire care team including supervision and mentorship of Advanced Practice
Practitioners, LVNs, Medical Assistants, as well as collaboration with other staff, administration, and
external clinical and non-clinical partners.

Education and mentoring opportunities with rotating health care students

Required Job Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate of an accredited medical school with a M.D. or D.O. degree.
Current and unrestricted license in the State of California as a physician - Board eligible or certified
Current DEA license/Current Basic Life Support certification (AHA healthcare provider approved

courses only)
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to work with and demonstrate compassion for diverse populations
Bilingual (English/Spanish-Preferred)
Experience in use of electronic health record-(Preferred)
Ability to work independently and/or in a team collaborative setting
