About the clinician's workday
The position starts in March and runs through August 2025. The schedule consists of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM in the office. The clinic provider will be required to take call, which is shared with two other providers. The average inpatient census is 3-4 patients, with 3-4 labor and delivery cases per day. The role includes both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, with 7-10 calls per month, and an average of 16-20 patients per day per provider. Procedures include OB/GYN procedures for the ER, C-sections, vaginal deliveries, and in-office procedures like LEEP, colposcopy, and endometrial biopsies. The provider must be BLS, ACLS, and NRP certified.
