Schedule: 6 days/month of in-house 24-hr OB call, including some weekends (Fri/Sun)

Job Details:
Coverage Type: In-house 24-hour call only
Call Ratio: 1:2
Post-call day off provided
Deliveries + GYN emergencies
Average patients seen: 5 10/day
Average admissions: 3 5/day
Support staff: 4 RNs, 7 MAs, 4 APPs, 5 Office Staff
Specialty back-up: Maternal Fetal Medicine & GYN Oncology available
NICU on-site (Children s Hospital)
Circumcisions required

Requirements:
Board Eligible or Board Certified
BLS and PALS required
Fellowship: 1 (unspecified)
Must supervise APPs
OB/GYN skillset must include:
oLow & High Risk Pregnancies
oFHR interpretation, OB Ultrasound (Level I & II), Amniocentesis
oRoutine & Complicated Deliveries (including VBAC, Breech, Multiple births)
oC-section, repair of 3rd/4th degree tears
oSurgical GYN open and laparoscopic (diagnostic/minor/major)
