Job Summary:
Medical City Arlington is seeking a full-time, board-certified Obgyn to join a high-performing OB Hospitalist team in a role that offers flexibility, professional support, and meaningful impact. Qualified Candidates:- 24-hour shifts
- No on-call duties
- Flexible, predictable scheduling designed to support work-life balance
- Physicians are required to work a minimum average of six shifts per month (18 shifts per quarter)
- First assists available to support both OB hospitalists and private physicians
- Strong, reliable back-up call system
- Provide emergency OB care, unassigned OBED and gynecological coverage, and assist with private MD emergencies
- Supported by highly experienced operational and clinical teams to ensure your success
