Mount Sinai Medical Center seeks full-time remote Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists.

The Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the Mount Sinai Health System (Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai) is seeking full-time Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists to join our wonderful faculty at the Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan. We are a productive academic division in a tertiary care referral network serving a diverse population, as we are located on the border of the Upper East Side of Manhattan and East Harlem. We have an ACGME accredited MFM fellowship with currently 9 fellows and are integral to fellow and resident education. We are actively involved in research and have a busy consultative and MFM faculty practice consisting of 12 MFM specialists. The Mount Sinai Hospital, part of the Mount Sinai Health System has a busy obstetric service with over 6000 deliveries annually, and an outstanding NICU with pediatric surgery, pediatric cardiology, and an active fetal heart program.

Candidates should be Board certified or Board eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine with credentials commensurate with faculty appointment at the assistant professor or associate professor level. Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to academic medicine, and patient care. This is a great opportunity to join a dedicated group of MFM physicians in a prominent academic health care system with the added benefit of a remote lifestyle reading fetal ultrasounds in real time.

Requirements for physicians include successful completion of a U.S. accredited OB/GYN residency and fellowship training program and a NY State Medical license. The successful candidate will be expected to participate in all aspects of the Maternal-Fetal Medicine practice at The Mount Sinai Hospital and affiliated practices, including ultrasound services and MFM consultations as needed. The salary is extremely competitive and commensurate with level of experience.

Qualifications:

• Medical Degree from an Accredited University

• New York Medical License

• Board Certified in OB/GYN

• Fellowship training in Maternal Fetal Medicine

• Active DEA license

• BLS and ACLS certification

• Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team

• Demonstrated professional competence and integrity and ethical conduct of practice

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and effective conflict resolution skills

• Patient focused and committed to providing outstanding and compassionate care and service to all patients

• Demonstrated commitment to Mount Sinai s mission, vision, and values

• Strong computer skills and EMR knowledge

Compensation ranges from 300K to 400K (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits)
