Ob Hospitalists are in the hospital 24/7 to ensure consistent and timely care for every patient entering the labor and delivery unit or the obstetric emergency department.
Memorial Regional Medical Center is a 225-bed full-service hospital that serves Richmond, Hanover County and Henrico County as well as Virginia's Northern Neck. The hospital is home to a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), private labor-delivery-recovery suites, obstetrical critical care for high-risk pregnancies, maternal-fetal medicine and ongoing educational programs for new families.
Mechanicsville is located in Hanover County and home to more than 36,000 residents. Mechanicsville is 6 miles NE of Richmond. The region is steeped in American history, with historical buildings, battlefield sites and preserved artifacts.
