Job Description:
Join our Hardware Manufacturing Team and play a key role in aligning, calibrating, and executing test methods of varied complexity to meet operational plans and customer demand. This team-oriented, goal-focused role emphasizes continuous feedback and achieving daily, monthly, and quarterly objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Align, calibrate, and execute test methods of varied complexity following established procedures.
  • Follow operational guidelines and maintain accurate training records for assigned responsibilities.
  • Ensure smooth material flow and timely execution of work orders to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate in a team-oriented environment, contributing to daily, monthly, and quarterly goals.
  • Operate within Daily Management principles, receiving immediate guidance and feedback to improve performance.
  • Support the delivery of high-quality instruments and reagents to customers in hospital and laboratory environments.
  • Maintain adherence to safety standards and quality control processes.
  • Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, to meet job requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting operational standards.
