Job Description Active Secret Clearance Required This position is responsible for managing complex maintenance projects or managing multiple site managers overseeing multiple complex sites/projects within the Operations & Maintenance function. Responsibilities may include mobilization, operational sales, and marketing targets.
• Maintain client relationships by regular communication to better understand project operations, this communication should; appraise of Fluor activities, advise of potential improvements, assess changing needs, develop teamwork and ask for client feedback on performance

• Manage the work to the terms of the contract by eliminating leakage and optimizing returns

• Manage risk as assigned by Program Manager/Deputy Program Manager by reviewing risk on a regular basis and identifying significant business risk for Fluor

• Identify future client requirements and up selling opportunities by developing on-site assessments of client operations and proposing project plans

• Apply appropriate analytical tools and techniques by assessing client organizations, acquiring client engagements with significant profitability potential and transforming the client organization from the current state to the proposed future state

• Foster an environment that embraces Quality and Safety across all elements of the program.

• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and seven (7) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to eleven (11) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner Basic Job Requirements

• Five (5) years of work experience in a leadership role's supporting global life support services

• High school diploma, vocational school or trade school diploma.

• Basic computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.).

• Must be familiar with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

• Aptitude to grasp work management systems and reporting using applicable applications related to the work.

• Receive and record all OM&R work requests.

• Experience in managing day-to-day operations and updates to the CMMS.

• Maintain prioritized scheduled for OM&R and PM Programs at the site.

• Experience in initiating and managing "best practices" and process improvements Measure work performance against established goals and standards.

• Possess an active Secret clearance or higher
